視覺自動(dòng)激光打標(biāo)機(jī)是針對(duì)批量不規(guī)則打標(biāo)中夾具設(shè)計(jì)制造困難導(dǎo)致的供料難、定位差、速度慢的問題；視覺打標(biāo)通過采用高精度CCD相機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品當(dāng)前的位置進(jìn)行捕捉，并將實(shí)時(shí)采集到的一個(gè)或多個(gè)產(chǎn)品的位置信息，通過電腦依次傳輸給打標(biāo)卡，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)打標(biāo)。 本系統(tǒng)隨意供料、精確定位、精美打標(biāo)，有效的提升了打標(biāo)效率。
