 風(fēng)電高速軸卡鉗FSDC-40-焦作制動(dòng)器姿勢不太雅觀朱利民瞄準(zhǔn)重大需求,突破智能與精密制造核心技術(shù)朱利民及其團(tuán)隊(duì)部分骨干成員在《中國制造0》戰(zhàn)略中,數(shù)控機(jī)床和機(jī)器人的研發(fā)是的重大戰(zhàn)略需求,也是大力推動(dòng)的重點(diǎn)科研領(lǐng)域,更是新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革中必須直面的重大挑戰(zhàn)。上海交通大學(xué)教授機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院智能制造與信息工程研究所所長朱利民長期從事復(fù)雜曲面零件高效精密數(shù)控加工理論與技術(shù)研究,從數(shù)控編程工藝力學(xué)三維測量運(yùn)動(dòng)控制到數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與機(jī)床,取得了系統(tǒng)性成果,在航天航空和汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造企業(yè)獲得重要應(yīng)用。同時(shí),朱利民團(tuán)隊(duì)瞄準(zhǔn)機(jī)器人人工智能等國際學(xué)術(shù)前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn),結(jié)合大型構(gòu)件現(xiàn)場加工與裝配作業(yè)需求,將數(shù)控和機(jī)器人技術(shù)相結(jié)合,開拓機(jī)器人化智能制造裝備研究,與兄弟單位合作研發(fā)了大型薄壁零件雙機(jī)器人鏡像銑削加工技術(shù)與裝備。近期,朱利民在學(xué)校的重點(diǎn)支持下,面向?qū)Τ苤圃斓闹卮笮枨?,發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)前期在五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工超聲輔助加工加工-檢測一體化精密運(yùn)動(dòng)控制等方面的研究優(yōu)勢,積極布局+X軸高效超精密切削多能場輔助超精密切削近原子尺度拋光等研究,已初見成效。在朱利民看來,做科研不僅需要持之以恒,耐得住寂寞;更要志向遠(yuǎn)大,隨著重大需求和國際學(xué)科前沿的發(fā)展,不斷開拓進(jìn)取。潛心鉆研十五載,突破復(fù)雜曲面零件多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工與數(shù)字化測量核心技術(shù)葉輪葉片類復(fù)雜曲面零件在運(yùn)載能源和國防等行業(yè)有著廣泛應(yīng)用,直接關(guān)系國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國防安全,0世紀(jì)0年代我國在相關(guān)制造理論與技術(shù)方面與西方存在著巨大差距。葉片面型復(fù)雜壁薄,整體葉輪相鄰葉片間重疊區(qū)域大通道深而窄,刀具易與零件發(fā)生干涉,因此刀具與零件曲面幾何失配加工振動(dòng)和加工變形等問題非常突出。朱利民自年底跟隨熊有倫院士從事博士后研究開始,在復(fù)雜曲面多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工與數(shù)字化測量方向潛心耕耘十余年,先后參與了熊有倫院士主持的自然科學(xué)重大項(xiàng)目和丁漢院士主持的兩期原“”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,逐漸成長為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,在加工成形幾何學(xué)原理動(dòng)力學(xué)判穩(wěn)方法幾何誤差評(píng)定模型三個(gè)方面取得突破性學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展。他們提出了自由曲面非球頭刀寬行數(shù)控加工的幾何學(xué)原理和刀位規(guī)劃方法。五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工的一大優(yōu)勢在于通過調(diào)整刀具姿態(tài),使得刀觸點(diǎn)軌跡線附近的刀具包絡(luò)曲面充分逼近設(shè)計(jì)曲面,從而顯著提高切削行寬。寬行加工包括局域高階密切和宏域曲率匹配兩種思路。對(duì)于自由曲面,已有理論僅支持二階密切加工,三階密切和宏域匹配的幾何學(xué)條件尚不清楚。單個(gè)刀位下能否計(jì)算刀具包絡(luò)面刀軸軌跡調(diào)整如何影響刀具包絡(luò)面是困擾學(xué)界多年的難題,成為制約五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)寬行加工潛力發(fā)揮的瓶頸。朱利民探明了接觸曲面間的相伴關(guān)系,由刀具包絡(luò)曲面與刀具曲面和設(shè)計(jì)曲面間的線接觸關(guān)系,建立了單個(gè)刀位下刀具包絡(luò)面局部三階估計(jì)的基本方程,發(fā)現(xiàn)了刀具包絡(luò)面與設(shè)計(jì)曲面在刀觸點(diǎn)的三階密切條件,進(jìn)而提出了點(diǎn)接觸加工的三階密切法,與二階密切法相比,有效切削行寬提高一倍以上。進(jìn)一步,他建立了一般回轉(zhuǎn)刀具掃掠體包絡(luò)面的解析表達(dá)式及其與設(shè)計(jì)曲面間的法向誤差關(guān)于刀具軌跡和刀具形狀調(diào)整的微分關(guān)系,將刀具面族包絡(luò)向設(shè)計(jì)曲面的整體逼近誤差控制轉(zhuǎn)化為對(duì)刀軸軌跡面和刀具曲面的形狀控制,由此提出了線接觸加工的整體逼近法,將側(cè)銑加工的范圍從圓柱刀擴(kuò)展到一般回轉(zhuǎn)刀具,從單行加工擴(kuò)展到多行切向連續(xù)加工,從直紋面擴(kuò)展到一般自由曲面。CIRPFellow法國學(xué)者Bernard教授在綜述論文中將該成果列入“-0年五軸側(cè)銑加工發(fā)展路線圖”,認(rèn)為提出了誤差控制和刀位的新概念新方法,是“創(chuàng)新和令人振奮”的工作。他們提出了點(diǎn)-曲面距離函數(shù)的微分理論,建立了散亂點(diǎn)云曲面逼近的統(tǒng)一方法體系。三維測量在復(fù)雜曲面數(shù)字化制造中的應(yīng)用已從最初的誤差評(píng)定和逆向工程擴(kuò)展到配對(duì)加工自適應(yīng)加工等多個(gè)方面。大規(guī)模測量點(diǎn)云必須經(jīng)過幾何要素?cái)M合才能得到所期望的決策信息,計(jì)算效率和穩(wěn)定性問題非常突出。已有方法多是“一把鑰匙開一把鎖”,僅僅適合某種問題或某種曲面,缺乏規(guī)律性認(rèn)識(shí)導(dǎo)致對(duì)某一類問題很有效的方法無法擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用到其他領(lǐng)域,不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)難以集成于一體,特別是對(duì)于新的應(yīng)用,需要經(jīng)過長時(shí)期的摸索才能找到合適的方法。朱利民定義了點(diǎn)-曲面有向距離函數(shù)用以度量點(diǎn)到曲面的偏差,建立了距離函數(shù)的可微性條件及其一二階導(dǎo)數(shù)的解析計(jì)算方法。將各類曲面擬合問題統(tǒng)一表示為對(duì)點(diǎn)-曲面距離有特定要求的最問題,由距離函數(shù)的微分性質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)出高效穩(wěn)健的曲面識(shí)別重建尋位誤差評(píng)定與分解面形再設(shè)計(jì)等三維點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)分析新算法。進(jìn)一步,他拓展建立了點(diǎn)-曲線和曲面-曲面距離函數(shù)的微分理論,將輪廓跟蹤控制夾持完全約束性判別和夾具定位誤差分析中的傳統(tǒng)“一階”方法提升為“二階”,在精度方面取得顯著突破。上述工作形成了完整的點(diǎn)-曲線-曲面間距離函數(shù)的微分理論,為“裝備-工具-零件”間動(dòng)態(tài)幾何關(guān)系的表達(dá)推理與計(jì)算提供了建模工具。米蘭理工大學(xué)Moroni教授評(píng)價(jià)他提出的幾何誤差評(píng)定算法“遠(yuǎn)勝其他方法,最精致計(jì)算速度最快最有前景”。以上曲面加工與測量的幾何學(xué)新原理和新方法作為重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一獲得0年自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。他們提出了數(shù)控銑削加工穩(wěn)定性與動(dòng)態(tài)誤差同步預(yù)報(bào)的高效通用方法——全離散法。銑削加工中的顫振是導(dǎo)致零件表面缺陷,甚至刀具和機(jī)床損壞的主要原因之一,加工穩(wěn)定性判別與動(dòng)態(tài)誤差預(yù)測是實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量高效率加工的基礎(chǔ)。國際上加工動(dòng)力學(xué)分析的主流方法是頻域法和時(shí)域半離散法,這兩種方法在計(jì)算效率和通用性方面均存在著一定的不足,特別是不能預(yù)報(bào)由加工振動(dòng)引起的表面位置誤差。五軸高速加工的特點(diǎn)是高轉(zhuǎn)速高進(jìn)給時(shí)變徑向切深,因此需要能夠預(yù)報(bào)加工穩(wěn)定性和加工誤差的高效率通用計(jì)算方法。朱利民和團(tuán)隊(duì)突破半離散法基于微分方程的思路,建立了銑削動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)的積分方程模型,提出了積分格式動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)計(jì)算的全離散法,可同時(shí)預(yù)報(bào)加工穩(wěn)定性和表面位置誤差,適用于大/小徑向/軸向切深多時(shí)滯效應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)耦合非線性切削力薄壁件等多種工況,與半離散法相比,收斂階數(shù)提高一階,計(jì)算效率提高一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。進(jìn)一步,他們提出了積分方程模型靈敏度分析的半解析方法,獲得了參數(shù)不確定動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的保守解,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工藝參數(shù)的穩(wěn)健。半離散法創(chuàng)立者Insperger教授專門撰文評(píng)價(jià)全離散法“計(jì)算效率高在應(yīng)用上有優(yōu)勢”,并在和匈牙利科學(xué)院工程部主席匈牙利科學(xué)院和歐洲科學(xué)院兩院院士Stépán教授合著的專著Semi-discretizationfortime-delaysystems中整節(jié)專門介紹了該方法。前NASA研究員Omenyi評(píng)價(jià)全離散法“能深刻揭示銑削加工的各種穩(wěn)定性特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)算效率上的突破,是開創(chuàng)性方法”。全離散法現(xiàn)已成為切削動(dòng)力學(xué)研究的基本工具,被國內(nèi)外學(xué)者廣泛使用。該成果獲得0年高等學(xué)??茖W(xué)研究成果獎(jiǎng)自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。在理論方法突破的基礎(chǔ)上,朱利民團(tuán)隊(duì)研究解決了刀具全局可達(dá)方向錐高效計(jì)算考慮刀具跳動(dòng)和底刃切削影響的五軸銑削力預(yù)報(bào)基于測量反饋的薄壁件加工變形誤差無模型迭代消減薄壁件側(cè)/端銑加工變形預(yù)測與刀路修正補(bǔ)償變參數(shù)變進(jìn)給/變轉(zhuǎn)速/變齒距加工五軸線性刀具路徑的實(shí)時(shí)G連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)接光順刀尖點(diǎn)平動(dòng)和刀軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)同步速度規(guī)劃多軸交叉耦合控制FPGA高速插補(bǔ)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸幾何誤差辨識(shí)與補(bǔ)償?shù)纫慌P(guān)鍵技術(shù);與企業(yè)合作研發(fā)了五軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)和五軸機(jī)床擺頭傳動(dòng)部件,形成了五軸數(shù)控機(  高速軸剎車片F(xiàn)SDC-70-生產(chǎn)廠家高速軸剎車片F(xiàn)SDC-70-生產(chǎn)廠家億元航天電器朱利民瞄準(zhǔn)重大需求,突破智能與精密制造核心技術(shù)朱利民及其團(tuán)隊(duì)部分骨干成員在《中國制造0》戰(zhàn)略中,數(shù)控機(jī)床和機(jī)器人的研發(fā)是的重大戰(zhàn)略需求,也是大力推動(dòng)的重點(diǎn)科研領(lǐng)域,更是新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革中必須直面的重大挑戰(zhàn)。上海交通大學(xué)教授機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院智能制造與信息工程研究所所長朱利民長期從事復(fù)雜曲面零件高效精密數(shù)控加工理論與技術(shù)研究,從數(shù)控編程工藝力學(xué)三維測量運(yùn)動(dòng)控制到數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與機(jī)床,取得了系統(tǒng)性成果,在航天航空和汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造企業(yè)獲得重要應(yīng)用。同時(shí),朱利民團(tuán)隊(duì)瞄準(zhǔn)機(jī)器人人工智能等國際學(xué)術(shù)前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn),結(jié)合大型構(gòu)件現(xiàn)場加工與裝配作業(yè)需求,將數(shù)控和機(jī)器人技術(shù)相結(jié)合,開拓機(jī)器人化智能制造裝備研究,與兄弟單位合作研發(fā)了大型薄壁零件雙機(jī)器人鏡像銑削加工技術(shù)與裝備。近期,朱利民在學(xué)校的重點(diǎn)支持下,面向?qū)Τ苤圃斓闹卮笮枨?,發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)前期在五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工超聲輔助加工加工-檢測一體化精密運(yùn)動(dòng)控制等方面的研究優(yōu)勢,積極布局+X軸高效超精密切削多能場輔助超精密切削近原子尺度拋光等研究,已初見成效。在朱利民看來,做科研不僅需要持之以恒,耐得住寂寞;更要志向遠(yuǎn)大,隨著重大需求和國際學(xué)科前沿的發(fā)展,不斷開拓進(jìn)取。潛心鉆研十五載,突破復(fù)雜曲面零件多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工與數(shù)字化測量核心技術(shù)葉輪葉片類復(fù)雜曲面零件在運(yùn)載能源和國防等行業(yè)有著廣泛應(yīng)用,直接關(guān)系國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國防安全,0世紀(jì)0年代我國在相關(guān)制造理論與技術(shù)方面與西方存在著巨大差距。葉片面型復(fù)雜壁薄,整體葉輪相鄰葉片間重疊區(qū)域大通道深而窄,刀具易與零件發(fā)生干涉,因此刀具與零件曲面幾何失配加工振動(dòng)和加工變形等問題非常突出。朱利民自年底跟隨熊有倫院士從事博士后研究開始,在復(fù)雜曲面多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工與數(shù)字化測量方向潛心耕耘十余年,先后參與了熊有倫院士主持的自然科學(xué)重大項(xiàng)目和丁漢院士主持的兩期原“”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,逐漸成長為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,在加工成形幾何學(xué)原理動(dòng)力學(xué)判穩(wěn)方法幾何誤差評(píng)定模型三個(gè)方面取得突破性學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展。他們提出了自由曲面非球頭刀寬行數(shù)控加工的幾何學(xué)原理和刀位規(guī)劃方法。五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工的一大優(yōu)勢在于通過調(diào)整刀具姿態(tài),使得刀觸點(diǎn)軌跡線附近的刀具包絡(luò)曲面充分逼近設(shè)計(jì)曲面,從而顯著提高切削行寬。寬行加工包括局域高階密切和宏域曲率匹配兩種思路。對(duì)于自由曲面,已有理論僅支持二階密切加工,三階密切和宏域匹配的幾何學(xué)條件尚不清楚。單個(gè)刀位下能否計(jì)算刀具包絡(luò)面刀軸軌跡調(diào)整如何影響刀具包絡(luò)面是困擾學(xué)界多年的難題,成為制約五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)寬行加工潛力發(fā)揮的瓶頸。朱利民探明了接觸曲面間的相伴關(guān)系,由刀具包絡(luò)曲面與刀具曲面和設(shè)計(jì)曲面間的線接觸關(guān)系,建立了單個(gè)刀位下刀具包絡(luò)面局部三階估計(jì)的基本方程,發(fā)現(xiàn)了刀具包絡(luò)面與設(shè)計(jì)曲面在刀觸點(diǎn)的三階密切條件,進(jìn)而提出了點(diǎn)接觸加工的三階密切法,與二階密切法相比,有效切削行寬提高一倍以上。進(jìn)一步,他建立了一般回轉(zhuǎn)刀具掃掠體包絡(luò)面的解析表達(dá)式及其與設(shè)計(jì)曲面間的法向誤差關(guān)于刀具軌跡和刀具形狀調(diào)整的微分關(guān)系,將刀具面族包絡(luò)向設(shè)計(jì)曲面的整體逼近誤差控制轉(zhuǎn)化為對(duì)刀軸軌跡面和刀具曲面的形狀控制,由此提出了線接觸加工的整體逼近法,將側(cè)銑加工的范圍從圓柱刀擴(kuò)展到一般回轉(zhuǎn)刀具,從單行加工擴(kuò)展到多行切向連續(xù)加工,從直紋面擴(kuò)展到一般自由曲面。CIRPFellow法國學(xué)者Bernard教授在綜述論文中將該成果列入“-0年五軸側(cè)銑加工發(fā)展路線圖”,認(rèn)為提出了誤差控制和刀位的新概念新方法,是“創(chuàng)新和令人振奮”的工作。他們提出了點(diǎn)-曲面距離函數(shù)的微分理論,建立了散亂點(diǎn)云曲面逼近的統(tǒng)一方法體系。三維測量在復(fù)雜曲面數(shù)字化制造中的應(yīng)用已從最初的誤差評(píng)定和逆向工程擴(kuò)展到配對(duì)加工自適應(yīng)加工等多個(gè)方面。大規(guī)模測量點(diǎn)云必須經(jīng)過幾何要素?cái)M合才能得到所期望的決策信息,計(jì)算效率和穩(wěn)定性問題非常突出。已有方法多是“一把鑰匙開一把鎖”,僅僅適合某種問題或某種曲面,缺乏規(guī)律性認(rèn)識(shí)導(dǎo)致對(duì)某一類問題很有效的方法無法擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用到其他領(lǐng)域,不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)難以集成于一體,特別是對(duì)于新的應(yīng)用,需要經(jīng)過長時(shí)期的摸索才能找到合適的方法。朱利民定義了點(diǎn)-曲面有向距離函數(shù)用以度量點(diǎn)到曲面的偏差,建立了距離函數(shù)的可微性條件及其一二階導(dǎo)數(shù)的解析計(jì)算方法。將各類曲面擬合問題統(tǒng)一表示為對(duì)點(diǎn)-曲面距離有特定要求的最問題,由距離函數(shù)的微分性質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)出高效穩(wěn)健的曲面識(shí)別重建尋位誤差評(píng)定與分解面形再設(shè)計(jì)等三維點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)分析新算法。進(jìn)一步,他拓展建立了點(diǎn)-曲線和曲面-曲面距離函數(shù)的微分理論,將輪廓跟蹤控制夾持完全約束性判別和夾具定位誤差分析中的傳統(tǒng)“一階”方法提升為“二階”,在精度方面取得顯著突破。上述工作形成了完整的點(diǎn)-曲線-曲面間距離函數(shù)的微分理論,為“裝備-工具-零件”間動(dòng)態(tài)幾何關(guān)系的表達(dá)推理與計(jì)算提供了建模工具。米蘭理工大學(xué)Moroni教授評(píng)價(jià)他提出的幾何誤差評(píng)定算法“遠(yuǎn)勝其他方法,最精致計(jì)算速度最快最有前景”。以上曲面加工與測量的幾何學(xué)新原理和新方法作為重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一獲得0年自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。他們提出了數(shù)控銑削加工穩(wěn)定性與動(dòng)態(tài)誤差同步預(yù)報(bào)的高效通用方法——全離散法。銑削加工中的顫振是導(dǎo)致零件表面缺陷,甚至刀具和機(jī)床損壞的主要原因之一,加工穩(wěn)定性判別與動(dòng)態(tài)誤差預(yù)測是實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量高效率加工的基礎(chǔ)。國際上加工動(dòng)力學(xué)分析的主流方法是頻域法和時(shí)域半離散法,這兩種方法在計(jì)算效率和通用性方面均存在著一定的不足,特別是不能預(yù)報(bào)由加工振動(dòng)引起的表面位置誤差。五軸高速加工的特點(diǎn)是高轉(zhuǎn)速高進(jìn)給時(shí)變徑向切深,因此需要能夠預(yù)報(bào)加工穩(wěn)定性和加工誤差的高效率通用計(jì)算方法。朱利民和團(tuán)隊(duì)突破半離散法基于微分方程的思路,建立了銑削動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)的積分方程模型,提出了積分格式動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)計(jì)算的全離散法,可同時(shí)預(yù)報(bào)加工穩(wěn)定性和表面位置誤差,適用于大/小徑向/軸向切深多時(shí)滯效應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)耦合非線性切削力薄壁件等多種工況,與半離散法相比,收斂階數(shù)提高一階,計(jì)算效率提高一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。進(jìn)一步,他們提出了積分方程模型靈敏度分析的半解析方法,獲得了參數(shù)不確定動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的保守解,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工藝參數(shù)的穩(wěn)健。半離散法創(chuàng)立者Insperger教授專門撰文評(píng)價(jià)全離散法“計(jì)算效率高在應(yīng)用上有優(yōu)勢”,并在和匈牙利科學(xué)院工程部主席匈牙利科學(xué)院和歐洲科學(xué)院兩院院士Stépán教授合著的專著Semi-discretizationfortime-delaysystems中整節(jié)專門介紹了該方法。前NASA研究員Omenyi評(píng)價(jià)全離散法“能深刻揭示銑削加工的各種穩(wěn)定性特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)算效率上的突破,是開創(chuàng)性方法”。全離散法現(xiàn)已成為切削動(dòng)力學(xué)研究的基本工具,被國內(nèi)外學(xué)者廣泛使用。該成果獲得0年高等學(xué)??茖W(xué)研究成果獎(jiǎng)自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。在理論方法突破的基礎(chǔ)上,朱利民團(tuán)隊(duì)研究解決了刀具全局可達(dá)方向錐高效計(jì)算考慮刀具跳動(dòng)和底刃切削影響的五軸銑削力預(yù)報(bào)基于測量反饋的薄壁件加工變形誤差無模型迭代消減薄壁件側(cè)/端銑加工變形預(yù)測與刀路修正補(bǔ)償變參數(shù)變進(jìn)給/變轉(zhuǎn)速/變齒距加工五軸線性刀具路徑的實(shí)時(shí)G連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)接光順刀尖點(diǎn)平動(dòng)和刀軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)同步速度規(guī)劃多軸交叉耦合控制FPGA高速插補(bǔ)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸幾何誤差辨識(shí)與補(bǔ)償?shù)纫慌P(guān)鍵技術(shù);與企業(yè)合作研發(fā)了五軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)和五軸機(jī)
